ANALYSIS OF THE EXISTING APPROACHES OF SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract. One of the key issues in human resources is organization of fast and comfortable adaptation of young professionals. A new generation of young “Y” specialists is ready to vacate new jobs in search of an ideal employable place where the future specialist can not only fully realizes his professional potential, but also feels psychologically comfortable. Under the article the goals and problems of the most modern and effective approaches to the sociopsychological adaptation of young professionals are considered. Moreover, an analysis of the most optimal of them is presented, recommendations on the methodology for developing one’s own socio-psychological adaptation for any organization are made.
