Abstract. Due to the shortage of personnel and their heterogeneous composition in the IT sector, the analysis of the processes of adaptation of young specialists is the most relevant. The article analyzes the stages of socio-psychological adaptation as the basis for increasing the loyalty of young specialists and increasing the life cycle of employees in IT companies.
